We came away from our tour of this all-rounder feeling incredibly impressed. Repton is a big-hitter, offering history and tradition whilst presenting a thoroughly progressive approach. It’s hard not to be won over by the warmth and energy of the young team here. Located in the heart of rural Derbyshire, lovely Repton is bursting with history and character. The ancient centre of the school is pretty awe-inspiring, but elsewhere there’s no sense of being stuck in the past. Every single classroom or facility has been meticulously built or refurbished, with a spread of stonking...

Bursaries
Repton has a small means-tested bursary provision alongside its more substantial scholarship programme (which carries a maximum fee-remission award of 20 per cent). This exists mainly as a way to support families who could not afford the full fees, rather than as full-fee offers for pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. However, Repton does work with the Springboard Charity to offer fully funded places into the sixth form each year, as well as the local John Port School offering sixth-form scholarships to children they feel would benefit most from a Repton education.
