Very much an all-through school, Thornton College is one family on one site with a focus on inclusive values, and an incredibly inspiring head at the helm. Girls we met were confident, chatty and exceptionally well behaved – and nurture is well and truly baked in. The school is set just outside the village of Thornton in the middle of glorious north Buckinghamshire countryside and farmland.
