    Bursaries
Gordonstoun offers means-tested bursarial support as an augmentation of its scholarship programme, which gives awards in a variety of disciplines to students in the junior school, Year 9 and Year 12. These are offered through its designated bursary fund, The Prince Philip Gordonstoun Foundation, which supports around 30 per cent of current pupils with financial assistance. A variety of scholarships and awards is offered by the school, ranging from academic and sports awards to specific awards for pupils from certain areas of the UK (particularly parts of Scotland) and the children of serving armed forces personnel.
