With courses running for three and a half weeks during July and early August, Gordonstoun International Summer School combines the quintessential summer camp experience with academic enrichment and the opportunity for children to make lifelong friendships with peers from all over the world.
Open to both native and non-native English speakers aged 8-16, students choose from a diverse programme of academic study options including computing, international citizenship and social enterprise, while the adventure and activities programme includes climbing, abseiling, mountain biking, gorge walking, paddleboarding, coasteering, bushcraft, camp outs and sailing in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Indeed, one of the biggest perks of the experience is Gordonstoun’s knockout Scotland location, and trips include visits to Inverness Castle or jaunts along the West Coast to try and spot the Loch Ness Monster. Course two includes an intensive golf option, with seven days of coaching and play on some of Scotland's most famous links golf courses. It’s a course like no other – and it's little wonder so many children return year-after-year.
