Junior School places top 15% in Maths competition

Giggleswick Junior School placed in the top 15% nationally in NSPCC Rocks - a times tables competition run by Times Tables Rock Stars.

The competition involved pupils correctly answering as many multiplication and division questions as possible, to give their class and school the best chance of winning.

The competition was fierce with 64,360,940 questions answered collectively by 466,721 pupils from more than 3,014 schools and 60,370 classes around the country, so we are incredibly proud to have finished in the top 15% of all schools!

Congratulations to the top 3 students, Robert, Rupert and Sheba, who between them answered over 6,500 questions correctly, a phenomenal achievement!
